About Making An Offer

When you are satisfied with the portfolio you have created, you may submit a confidential bid. Here is what the bid form looks like:

Price Expressed As Pennies on the Dollar:  $0.06 is six cents on the dollar. Price Expressed As Dollar Amount of Bid:  $25,000.00 Date you commit to funding the transaction: (format is mm/dd/yyyy). This date must be no more than five business days from today's date.

You can enter your price either of the two ways shown above. As you can see, by entering one of the numbers, the other number is generated automatically.

We recommend that you review the Purchase Agreement prior to submitting your bid.
