About Our President
Louise Epstein has over twenty years of experience in the debt business, including executive-level structuring, issuing, managing and selling.
As President of Charge-Off Clearinghouse, Ms. Epstein is responsible for all activities related to the acquisition and sale of charged-off consumer debt. She has an MBA and BA from the University of Texas at Austin and has NASD Series 63 and Series 6 licenses. Prior to joining Charge-Off Clearinghouse, she was President and Chief Executive Officer of Peleton Capital Group, Inc., which provided financial services to both public and private entities.
She has had an outstanding career in both public and private finance. Notably, she was Director of Funds Management for the Texas Veterans Land Board, an investment banker for a regional brokerage house, Assistant Executive Director of the Texas Bond Review Board, and Director of Public Finance for the Texas Treasury. She has made numerous presentations to the three bond rating agencies on Wall Street. For three years in the early nineties, she was an at-large member of the Austin City Council.
